- Meets the County's Road Design Standards.

- Meets County's Road Design Standards, with the exception of the southern-most curve, which would need a lower speed limit (25 mph) than the rest of the street (35 mph).

- Provides County-standard bicycle and pedestrian facilities (concept shows buffered bike lanes and sidewalks on both sides of the street).

- Provides non-standard bike and pedestrian facilities (concept shows uphill 10-foot wide multiuse path and downhill buffered bike lane and sidewalk).

- Bridges typically ice faster than streets built on the ground. May require more maintenance and anti-icing chemical application in winter storm events.
